I first met Logan’s parents at their maternity session on Sauvie Island {see their maternity photos here!} and I was so excited to hear that Logan had arrived! He was so tiny and sweet, I cannot wait to photograph him as my newest “watch me grow” baby throughout the year! Congrats Blair and Gobind!

How did mom find out she was pregnant? How did she tell dad? What did he say?

I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding and was going to get fitted to order the dress the next day. So, first, I decided to check if I was pregnant and I was! I gave my husband baby clothes as a gift. He was very excited.

What is the first baby item you bought?

Onesies and bibs to tell my husband I was pregnant.

10.28.13, 7lbs 2oz

How did you choose your baby’s name?

We had a really hard time finding a baby name we both like. I looked for hours and suggested a lot of names to my husband. When he started looking for ideas online and said he liked Logan, we finally both agreed! We also like that his name is made up of letters from our names.

What nickname or pet name do you call your baby?

Logi Bear

What has been the greatest part of becoming a parent(s)?

Meeting this unique little being that you brought into this world with the one you love.

Any advice for new parents-to-be?

Be patient and sleep when they sleep.
